Program

AVP-Australia invites facilitators of AVP workshops in the Asia-West Pacific region to come, be involved, facilitate, participate & volunteer. Be part of the AVP regional gathering.

On Sunday and Monday: All present will participate in the Continuing Learning workshop to help us familiarise ourselves with the new 2013 Manual, and to provide feedback on its practice.
Volunteers will be needed to facilitate sessions on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

* All participants will need a print copy of the 2013 Manual at the Regional Gathering. A few print copies of the latest manuals will be available to review.

Bring USB memory sticks to get copies of the latest AVP manuals


Business Meeting

AVP Australia Business Meeting will be held, on Wednesday 4-6pm.
All welcome to attend.
Agenda items are welcome.

Technology

A demonstration of AVP communication tools and websites will be provided. Tutorials in how to join the AVP-AU email groups, Skype meetings, Google docs, Google drive, wikis and websites can be provided on request - see Katherine and Malcolm during the Gathering.

Connecting at Springbrook:
Internet is only available from mobile phones or private USB connection.
Mobile phone coverage is best via Telstra, but connections can be made from the higher areas of site

Volunteers welcome

Everyone is welcome to volunteer to do the tasks needed for housekeeping, transport, presenters, facilitation support, scribing for the Gathering Report, etc.

Scholarships are available to ensure that all AVP groups in Australia and a diverse range of people are represented. Scholarships contribute to travel and registration and partial scholarships provide registration only.
